Project no. GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.3-21-2022-02520 was implemented with the support of the European Union.

Anthelos succesfully closed its Hungarian Multi-Program supporting technological platform and real estate development on 31st December, 2022. With the support of the  Hungarian Multi-Program of the National Research, Development, and Innovation Office Anthelos enriched its equipment park and its experimental development activities. With the investment realized within the project’s framework, Anthelos miniaturized the use of specially labeled antibodies, with high-resolution, spectrally definable microfluidic solutions. To achieve this, Anthelos purchased an instrument set in the tender. This included the super-resolution scanner, which is capable of detecting immunoprecipitation in high resolution and would enable the simultaneous detection of several protein markers. Similar to the biochips, the company examined the analytical tests in the micrometer range with the help of the spectral scanner. With the help of a 3D printer we created microfluidic prototype devices.  The present development is not only justified by establishing new diagnostic solutions and prototypes but also lays the foundation for new services by producing 3D prototypes and samples made with unique micron resolution. In addition to the planned investments, Anthelos also carried out IT development, with more professional document management and corporate management practices by acquiring special software package.

A GINOP_PLUSZ-1.2.3-21-2022-02520 sz. projekt az Európai Unió támogatásával valósult meg.

A projekt keretén belül megvalósuló beruházással speciálisan jelzett antitestek alkalmazását miniatűrizáltuk nagy felbontású, spektrálisan definiálható mikrofluidikai megoldásokkal. Ehhez a pályázatban egy műszeregyüttes beszerzését hajtottuk végre. Ennek részei a szuperrezolúciós szkenner, amely nagy felbontásban képes kimutatni az immunprecipitációt több fehérjemarker párhuzamos detektálásával. A biochipekhez hasonlóan mikrométeres tartományban végrehajtottunk analitikai vizsgálatokat a spektrális szkenner segítségével. A nagy felbontásban, színesen is nyomtatni képes 3D nyomtató segítségével pedig olyan mikrofluidikai prototípus eszközöket hoztunk létre. A jelen technológia újdonsága, hogy a nagyfelbontású leolvasást nem csak pontonként tudja a rendszer kivitelezni, ahogyan a hagyományos biochip/microarray módszerek, hanem kombinálva mikrofluidikai módszerekkel, komplexebb kimutatás is lehetővé válna. A jelen fejlesztés nem csak új diagnosztikai megoldások és prototípusok kidolgozása miatt fontos, hanem új szolgáltatásokat alapoz meg egyéb egyedi mikronos tartományú felbontás és színes nyomtatással készült 3D prototípusok és mintadarabok gyártásával. A tervezett beruházások mellett az Anthelos cég informatikai fejlesztést is kivitelezett a professzionálisabb iratkezelés és vállalatirányítási gyakorlat eléréséhez.
