Anthelos has set up a 3D printer
Anthelos at Kübekháza operates a very powerful 3D printer. The more than one ton equipment can be used in both scientific and artistic projects, which can produce a million colors.
– The device can print at micron resolution. This means that we can not only produce prototypes that were previously almost imposibble to be produced by a 3D printer, but also diagnostic prototypes can be prepared where colors and the micrometer range are also important, said László Puskás, managing director of Anthelos Kft.
The company makes microfluidic devices with this technology. With the printer, one can create images with previously unimaginable precision and color richness.
The special 3D printer was set-up in the frame of a GINOP grant entitled „Acquisition of a high-resolution scanning and production instrument set for the production of precision prototypes” (identification number: GINOP-PLUS-1.2.3-21-2022-02520) supported by the Hungarian Government and the European Union.
